FAQs for file to PDF conversion software

Q1: How to add files?
You can add documents to the list via either one of following methods:
  • Click on the "Add File(s)" button on the Toolbar to add one or multiple images.
  • Click on the "Add Dir" button to have all supported files in the directory added.
  • Directly drag files or directories from Windows Explorer and drop them into the list.
Q2: How to change the order of files?
The order of source documents can be changed by useing the "Move Up" and "Move Down" button in the Toolbar. Besides, you can also drag and drop images in the list to change their orders.
Q4: How to set password to encrypt the PDF?
Click on the "Settings" button on the Toolbar, and switch to "Encryption" tabsheet, in where you can specify the use password as well as the owner password.
Q7: How to change settings of output PDF file?
Click on the "Settings" button on the Toolbar, and in the "Settings" dialog, you will find a variety of options, settings and paremeters.
Q8: What is Point?
In typography, a point is the smallest unit of measure, being a subdivision of the larger pica. Today, the traditional point has been supplanted by the desktop publishing point (also called the PostScript point), which has been rounded to an even 72 points to the inch. (1 Point = 1/72 inch)
Q9: What is the limitation in Trial Version?
  • The "Please Purchase" dialog will be display everytime when the program is lauched.
  • 15-Uses trial.
  • The "Evaluation Mode" watermak will be add to the output PDF documents.
  • Adding HTML Header and Footer function is not available in the Trial Version.
