PDF Info

• Title: The PDF document's title.
• Subject: The PDF document's subject.
• Keyword: A list of keywords associated with the PDF document.
• Add Creation Date: The date that the PDF document was created.
• Author: Name of the person who created the PDF document.
• Creator: Name of the application that created the original document.
• Producer: Name of the application converted the document from native format to PDF.

Slide Show

• Transition Method: Display the PDF like a slideshow in full screen.
• Transition Duration: Value must be between 1.0 and 10.0 seconds inclusive.
• Show Duration: Value must be between 1.0 and 60.0 secondes inclusive.

Page Settings

• Page Size: Specifies the width and height of the entire page.
• Landscape: Must be either landscape or portrait.
• Dpi: PDF documents use a default resolution setting of 72 DPI.
• Outline: Turns on the generation of a bookmark for each image.
• Format: Choose Outline Format
• Style: Choose Outline Style.
• Title: Set the outline root title rather than the default.

Viewer Preference

• Set how the PDF viewer will display the output PDF document.

Image Transforming

• Rotate images: Rotate all images by 90, 180 or 270 degree in clockwise.
• Auto rotate images: Rotates (if required) an image by 90 or 270 degrees so that all images are either in portrait or landscape orientation.
• Flip images: Flip all images horizontally or vertically (mirror).
• Grayscale: Converts the image from color into a grayscale equivalent.
• Negative: Converts the image by inverting the RGB color of each pixel.

Image Stamp

• Add a Image Stamp: Add a Image Stamp (e.g. the logo of your company) to every page of the PDF.
• Stamp Image: The stamp image can be a image of either BMP, JPEG, JPG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, TIF, EMF, WMF, PCX or TGA format.
• Stamp URL: Specifies the URL that the image stamp will open in the default browser when it is clicked on.
• Verical Postion: The postion of the Image Stamp in vertical direction.
• Horizontal Postion: The postion of the Image Stamp in horizontal direction.
• Margin: Value must be between 0 to 100 points inclusive.
• Note: Image Stamp function is not available in the Trial Version.

Bate (Numbering)

• Format:
  • BN-B to BN-BBBBBBBBBB: Inserts current Bates number, with the number of B's representing the number of leading zeroes that will pad the displayed Bates number if it is less than the number of B's indicated.
  • PG-P to PG-PPPP: Inserts the current page number of the PDF.
  • DT-DD, DT-D: Inserts the current day of the month (1 to 31).
  • DT-Day, DT-DAY, DT-Dy, DT-DY: Inserts the name of the current day of the week, eg DT-Day=Monday, DT-DAY=MONDAY, DT-Dy=Mon and DT-DY=MON.
  • DT-MM, DT-M: Inserts the current month in the year (1 to 12).
  • DT-Month, DT-MONTH, DT-Mon, DT-MON: Inserts the name of the current month of the year, eg DT-Month=January, DT-MONTH=JANUARY, DT-Mon=Jan and DT-MON=JAN.
  • DT-YEAR, DT-YY: Inserts the current year, eg DT-YEAR=2007, DT-YY=07.
  • TM-HH, TM-H: Inserts the current hour of the day (0 to 23).
  • TM-Hh, TM-h: Inserts the current hour of the day (0 to 12).
  • TM-AMPM, TM-ampm: Inserts either AM/am or PM/pm depending on current hour.
  • TM-MM, TM-M: Inserts current minute of the hour (0 to 59).
  • TM-SS, TM-S: Inserts the current second of the minute (0 to 59).
  • FN-Path: Inserts the full image filepath (eg C:\HolidayPhotos\mountain.jpg).
  • FN-File: Inserts the image filename including extension (eg mountain.jpg).
  • FN-Name: Inserts the image filename excluding extension (eg mountain).
• Vertical: Specify the verical postion of the bates number.
• Horizontal: Specify the verical postion of the bates number.
• Orientation: Specify the orientation degree.
• Margin: Specify the margin.
• Font: Choose the font of the bates number.
• Size: Specify the font size of the bates number.
• Font Style: Choose the font style.
• Font Color: Specify the font color.
• Outline Color: Specify the outline color of the font.
• Background Style: Choose the background style of the bates number.
• Background Color: Specify the backgroud color of the bates number.
• Border Color: Specify the border color of the bates number.

Meta Image

• Max Megapixel Size: Specifies the meta image (EMF or WMF) maximum rendering size and must be a value between 0.1 and 20.0 points inclusive.
• Image Scale: Specifies the meta image (EMF or WMF) scaling factor and must be a value between 1 and 100 percent inclusive.
• Stamp Image - Max Megapixel Size: Specifies the meta image (EMF or WMF) maximum rendering size for an image stamp and must be a value between 0.1 and 20.0 points inclusive.
• Stamp Image -Image Scale: Specifies the meta image (EMF or WMF) scaling factor for an image stamp and must be a value between 1 and 100 percent inclusive.
• Verical Render Scale: Specifies the meta image (EMF or WMF) vertical scaling factor during rendering and must be a value between 0.01 and 10.0 inclusive.
• Forced font quality: Controls the font quality when rendering the meta image file into a bitmap.
• Preserve the margins around the image: Preserve the margins around the image.
• Use EMF Device Size: Ignores the declared bounding rectangle and uses the declared reference device pixel size.
• Use EMF Frame Size: Ignores the declared bounding rectangle and uses the declared frame size in millimeters which is converted into a pixel size.

Meta Native

• Settings that deal with the conversion of meta images (ie WMF or EMF images).

Border

• Set border of the PDF file: Allows a border to be inserted between the image and the edge of the PDF page.
• Top, Right, Bottom, Left: Set border width and values must be between 0 to 500 points inclusive.
• Border Color: Set the color of border.

TIFF

• Include TIFF OCR Text: OCR'd text can be included in the output PDF as "invisible" text that allows the PDF to be searchable.
• Save TIFF OCR Text: OCR'd text can be output to a file for external indexing/reference.
• Text: The additional text (maximum of 256 characters) between the default two blank lines that are output between pages of text.

Encrypt

• User Password: Passowrd for viewing the PDF file.
• Owner Password: Password of viewing, changing and performing actions.
• 40-bit RC4: Use 40-bit (low) encryption.
• 128-bit RC4: Use 128-bit (hight) encryption.
• No printing: Restrict to print the PDF if this item is checked.
• No change the document: Restrict to change the PDF if this option is checked.
• No content copying or extraction: Restrict to copy or extract the content if this option is checked.
• No adding text notes or AcroForm fields: Restrict to add text notes or AcroForm fields if this options is checked.

Miscellaneous:

• Auto open PDF file: Output PDF file will be automatically opened in default PDF viewer application when the PDF file is created.
• Auto open the output directory: The output directory will be automatically opened when the PDF file is created.
• Delete souce image: Deleted source images when the PDF is created if this option is checked. Souce images will be completely deleted from your computer instead of being moved into the recycle bin. So please use this function carefully.
